Zaiderth flinched. "Ick. I'm sorry. Tell Panda that I hope everything ends up okay, will you?"
"You really like these spots?" asked Zaiderth, raising a paw and looking at the black spots on it critically. "I'd give them to you if I could. Unfortunately, I've heard that skinning an animal usually hurts it if it's still alive." He grinned to show that he was joking around.
Suddenly, Zaiderth looked up and noticed Hope. He turned and hissed into Faloreth's ear, "Who's that?"
Faloreth looked up and followed Zaiderth's gaze. Seeing Hope, he nearly laughed.
"That's Hope, you big bird brain," he said, giving Zaiderth a gentle whack on the head.
"Oh!" said Zaiderth simply, a little embarrassed.

((You'd think wouldn't you Panda but no Peter was at the bottom of his cage peeking out from under his cover as it's his bed time but he was barking and since the living room was dark the dog just heard the barking and thought some kind of monster was after her.))

"Most definately! It's so much more fun to swim with this tail - even though I never thought playing in the water could get any better. And whatever element you go for, I'm sure you'll enjoy it! But you've got a ways to go, you know, and I don't want you to grow up any faster than you have to. It's nice having kiin around to play with."

(Oh goodness, that is actually sorta funny, but I know how that is when the birds are chirping.... o.O Just not when the dogs decide to join in. XD )

Zaiderth nodded. "They're nice. I do like them a lot. Though when Saiki first brought me home, Aimae, L'ananas' Rodeli, asked me if they were giant ticks."
He rolled his eyes.
"Now L'ananas and Aimae find it amusing to pretend to give me baths to 'wash out the ticks' by dunking me in the river. I also wake up most days with a piece of grass tied around my next, and I'm told that it's a flea and tick collar. Ah, the joys of older sisters."

Hope was dragged along by the paw by the bouncy little white kiin until she stopped in front of Zaiderth. She looked up at the handsome pykiin and blushed, her tail fins curling. "Hello," she murmured, tilting her head downwards slightly.

Zaiderth looked away to suddenly see Hope and Danita.
"Oh! Hello, Hope!" he said with a smile, a little embarrassed. "It's nice to meet you."
The spotted Pykiin suddenly noticed Hope's fish tail. He wondered how he could have missed it before, since it was very pretty, and it definitely stood out.
