I try and look through the trade thread. You can very often find pretty adoptables for trade, and with the right offer get a custom.

Plus I get gifted a lot. Everyone knows the colors and they gift whenever possible. It is wonderful

Oh, don't worry about the dapples on my Serpent, I think that she has just enough rainbow, and it probably would have been even more so difficult to put them on her.

What I like best about the Ishmari is that it pretty much already has dapples with the scales on thier backs.
