I know not everyone on here lives in the US, but for those who do, what are your 4th plans? We have the fridge loaded down with meat marinating to put on the grill tomorrow, we're having a small family reunion, and I'm getting to play with 3 week old kittens  |

Well, apparently my grandmother is "hosting her party" at our house... er, okay ^^; Not sure exactly what we're doing, but we'll have the bulk of the extended family over here, eating and playing and swimming if it's warm out. All I know is that I had to polish all the wood surfaces in this household and that I'll be cleaning until the party tomorrow, and then after the party I'll be cleaning up until the end of the day  Hurrah, Independance Day! |

No clue, we're going to Stone Mountain down here in Georgia and have a nice long barbeque. I don't know really, I don't eat meat so my mom was like how about salmon instead of steak? Ofcourse I couldn't resist seafood so I said yes. We'll proballt going to see fireworks and a laser show. You know the usual^^
Though I had other plans for my break... like horse model shopping. My b-day's coming up so yeah.

Just the usual for us: Chicken, hotdogs, and hamburgers on the grill. This is the one day out of the year that I will actually eat grill food.  My dad grills every night that I go over to see him, so it normally isn't very appetizing for me. >.< It's just the 5 of us that live at my house: Mom, Brother, Grandpa, Grandma, Me. My Uncle isn't going to be attending, although he never does anyways. My other Uncle, my Aunt, and Cousin aren't coming either. So, after we eat we're off to see 'da Preety FIYAWORKS!! ;D ;D Yeppers, just a typical 4th of July for my family, aside from having 4 people missing. -shrugs- Whadda 'ya gonna do?  |

It's raining here too. We're having leftovers for dinner, and even if it wasn't raining, we wouldn't be going to see fireworks. My family has never done much for 4th of July.

We're off to see the fireworks sometime tonight, dunno when. We have sparklers too, muahahaha xD There's a huge buncha family over right now, but I don't feel like swimming or ultimate frisbee-ing or talking, so I'm being unsociable again x3 I remember going to Stone Mountain once, when I was little! Our family usually takes big week-long summer trips once a year, not this year though, and in... er... second grade, I believe, we went down to Georgia and that was one of our sightseeing sidetrips Oooh, ooh! Today at the local parade, we were just sitting there watching, and one of the vans displaying a banner for a chiropractor's (sp?) clinic came driving through. Behind it, all in a swervy dancing line were people dressed up as vertebrae. I was laughing so hard I started sputtering. Vertebrae costumes!! I took a few pictures, but I'm too lazy to go get them right now. It was the best thing ever, though xD |

No, it was just a parade display, I'm sure they're not a traveling chiropractor or anything xD There was a traveling dog grooming salon, though, which was really weird O.o I didn't get it in the least.
People have been setting off firecrackers and a few fireworks all day (pretty stupid, but they were fireworks alright) I'm sure we'll have a few homemeade displays around our neighborhood. Chantilly will be freaking out like the vacuum cleaner has her cornered, poor kitty.
