She came with Lakrai to the Valley as an adult. Her name means breeze. They were originally mates, intended soulmates, but they grew away from each other, especially after Sorka bonded with Kalea.
Sorkalai, or Sorka, was painfully shy. She still shrinks away from strangers and large groups. Nonetheless, she has a strong maternal instinct and is very good at soothing kiins. She is a member of the pride, but doesn't spend a lot of time with the other members. She used to stay with Lakrai in their forest den, then with Seri and Misrule, bus she has finally found a place of her own. She found a lovely icy cave in the mountains, with a partially frozen river nearby. For a while, she stayed there with Sonea, but after Sonea grew, she moved out to give her mother space. Now, Sorka lives with only Kifan.
In a trip to An'ethyst, Sorka bonded with the first Syora. Kalea is just as gentle and quiet as Sorka, and the Syora is bringing Sorka out of her shell.
Sorka is the mother of two lovely kits, Drienne (Ryuu) and Sonea, with Lakrai. She finally decided that she could not raise the pair on her own, and she gave Drienne into the care of Azure (Ryuu). More recently, she had kits with Dyami (Mirabelle), Kifan and Marisol (Mira).
Sorka is good friends with Addei (Cam) and Akiyama (Panda). She hopes to find her soulmate soon, and possibly even gain her elemental powers.
